On 31 July 2023, the Company entered into a borrowing agreement with KLN Logistics (Thailand) Limited, related
company, to borrow for the purpose of working capital and to support investment for the improvement of operation’s

on 15 January 2024, the Company entered into another borrowing agreement, which has a total credit facility
amounting to Baht 1,900 million, total credit facility from KLN Logistics (Thailand) Limited amounting to Baht 3,200
million and bears an interest rate of 1.65%. The interest and principal repayment are due within 12 months from
each drawdown date. However, the Company has repaid the borrowing amount of Baht 1300 million during the
period.
