KEX has issued and offered warrants to purchase ordinary shares to the directors, executives, and employees of
KEX and its subsidiaries, with a term of 5 years (the “Warrants”), totaling 40,000,000 units on November 25, 2020.
The Board of Directors resolved to allocate no more than 10,300,000 units of the Warrants to directors and
executives. The number of allocated Warrants and the remaining Warrants are as follows:
